Random Feedback was designed by psycho therapist E de Bono in 1968, and released in his 1992 publication, "Serious Creativity." It's useful when you need clean thoughts or new views during troubleshooting.

For many kinds of trouble shooting, we usually think by knowing styles that we've seen in the last, and implementing alternatives that we've seen perform. Sometimes, though, we get trapped within these patterns: within them, there may be no excellent remedy to a particular kind of issue. This is where it can be challenging to phase outside that design of considering, even if you want to.

Random Feedback is a way for communicating other considering models into the methods we are using. It allows us shift outside our traditional way  , so that we can come with new alternatives to our issues.
