قصص عن الايجابية و بناء الذات

سرق رجل فى بلاد الهند قطيع من الخراف فقبضوا عليه ووشموا على جبهته س.خ أي سارق خراف
ولكن الرجل قرر التوبة والتغيير
فى البداية تشكك الناس منه
أخذ يساعد المحتاجين ويمد يد العون للجميع الغنى والفقير ويعود المريض ويعطف على اليتيم
وبعد سنين مر رجل بالقرية فوجد رجلا عجوزاً موشوماً وكل من يمر عليه يسلم عليه ويقبل يده والرجل يحتضن الجميع
وهنا سأل الرجل أحد الشباب عن الوشم الموجود على جبهة هذا العجوز ما معناه ؟
فقال الشاب : لا أدرى ، لقد كان هذا منذ زمن بعيد ولكنى أعتقد أنه يعني الساعي فى الخير

في تلك اللحظة خرج الرجل إلى الشارع بلا هدف ، وبلا أمل وتتابعت في ذهنه صورالجهد الضائع الذي بذله على مدى سنوات عمره كله ، فأحس بالأسف الشديد وأصابه الإحباط واليأس العميق وأحس كما قال وكأن الأرض قد ابتلعته فغاص في أعماقها المظلمة المخيفة
لقدأغلق في وجهه باب الرزق الوحيد ، وكانت قمة الإحباط لديه بأن ليس لديه ولدى وزوجته شيء من مصادر الرزق غير أجرة العمل من ورشة الأخشاب ، ولم يكن يدري ماذا يفعل
وذهب إلى البيت وابلغ زوجته بما حدث ، فقالت له زوجته ماذا نفعل؟

بعد عدة أشهر، أشرك سنسي الصبي بالبطولة الأولى له ، وكان مما أدهش الصبي ، أنه فاز بسهولة في المباراتين الأوليين. كانت المباراةالثالثة أكثر صعوبة ، ولكن مع مرور الوقت ، فقد خصمه الصبر واشتاط غضباً ، واستطاع الصبي الفوز بالمباراة باستخدامه حركته الوحيدة بإتقان. زاد اندهاشا لصبي بنجاحه ، ووصل الصبي الآن للمباراة النهائية في البطولة. هذه المرة ، كان منافسة أكبر وأقوى وأكثر خبرة. لبعض الوقت، بدا أن الصبي سوف يخسر. وخوفاً أن يقع ضرر كبير على الصبي، قام الحكم بإعطاء استراحة. وكان على وشك إيقاف المباراة عندها تدخل سنسي قائلاً : "لا"، وأصر دعه يستمر
بعد وقت قصير من استئناف المباراة، ارتكب الخصم خطئاً قاتلاً لقد استغنى عن وضعه الدفاعي . وعلى الفور، استخدم الصبي حركته الوحيدة وثبت خصمه . لقد فاز الصبي بالمباراة وبالبطولة . وأصبح البطل
في طريق العودة ، استعرض الصبي وسنسي جميع الأحداث في كل المباريات. ثم استجمع الصبي شجاعته وسأل عن ما يشغل باله. "سنسي ، كيف فزت في البطولة بحركة واحدة فقط؟"
أجابه سنسي "لقد فزت لسببين اثنين. الأول: لقد كنت تتقن واحدة من أصعب الحركات في الجودو على الإطلاق . والسبب الثاني: أن الحركة الدفاعية المعروفة والوحيدة لتلك الحركة هو أن يقوم الخصم بالإمساك والسيطرة على ذراعك اليسرى
لقد كانت أكبر نقطة ضعف للصبي هي أكبر نقاط قوته
أحياناً نرى أن لدينا بعض نقاط الضعف وقد نسخط على قدرالله أو على الظروف أوعلى أنفسنا بسبب ذلك ، لكن لنعلم أن ضعفنا يمكن أنيصبح قوتنا في يوم ما
كل واحد منا مميز ومهم ، لذا لا تعتقد أبداً أنك ضعيف ولا تغتر بنفسك ولا تشعر بالأسى ، فقط عش حياتك على أكمل وجه وقدم أفضل ما لديك

الحكيم والصبي
يحكى أن أحد التجار أرسل ابنه لكي يتعلم سر السعادة لدى أحكم رجل في العالم..
مشى الفتى أربعين يوما حتي وصل إلى قصر جميل علي قمة جبل.. وفيه يسكن الحكيم الذي يسعي إليه.. و عندما وصل وجد في قصر الحكيم جمعا كبيرا من الناس.. انتظر الشاب ساعتين حين يحين دوره.. انصت الحكيم بانتباه إليالشاب ثم قال له: الوقت لا يتسع الآن وطلب منه أن يقوم بجولة داخل القصر ويعود لمقابلته بعد ساعتين..
وأضاف الحكيم وهو يقدم للفتى ملعقة صغيرة فيها نقطتين من الزيت: امسك بهذه
الملعقة في يدك طوال جولتك وحاذر أن ينسكب منها الزيت.
أخذ الفتى يصعد سلالم القصر ويهبط مثبتا عينيه علي الملعقة.. ثم رجع لمقابلة
الحكيم الذي سأله: هل رأيت السجاد الفارسي في غرفة الطعام؟.. الحديقة
الجميلة؟.. و هل استوقفتك المجلدات الجميلة في مكتبتي؟.. ارتبك الفتى واعترف
له بأنه لم ير شيئا ، فقد كان همه الأول ألا يسكب نقطتي الزيت من الملعقة.. فقال
الحكيم : ارجع وتعرف علي معالم القصر.. فلا يمكنك أن تعتمد علي شخص لا يعرف
البيت الذي يسكن فيه .. عاد الفتى يتجول في القصر منتبها إلي الروائع الفنية
المعلقة على الجدران.. شاهد الحديقة والزهور الجميلة.. و عندما رجع إلى
الحكيم قص عليه بالتفصيل ما رأي.. فسأله الحكيم : و لكن أين قطرتي الزيت اللتان
عهدت بهما إليك ؟.. نظر الفتى إلى الملعقة فلاحظ أنهما انسكبتا.. فقال له
الحكيم : تلك هي النصيحة التي أستطيع أن أسديها إليك سر السعادة هو أن ترى روائع الدنيا وتستمتع بها دون أن تسكب أبدا قطرتي الزيت
فهم الفتى مغزى القصة فالسعادة هي حاصل ضرب التوازن بين الأشياء ، و قطرتا الزيت هما الستر والصحة.. فهما التوليفة الناجحة ضد التعاسة

عندما ترى الآخرين بشكل مختلف
في إحدى ليالي خريف 1995 ، و أثناء إبحار إحدى السفن الحربية الأمريكيةالعملاقة بسرعة كبيرة بالقرب من السواحل الكندية، أظهرت أجهزة الرادار جسماهائلا في طريقه إلى الاصطدام بالسفينة
هرع القبطان إلى جهاز اللاسلكي وخاطب الجهة الأخرى
القبطان: هنا قبطان السفينة الحربية الأمريكية ، مطلوب تغيير الاتجاه بمقدار 15درجة إلى الجنوب ، لتفادي الاصطدام. أكرر تغيير الاتجاه بمقدار 15 درجةللجنوب لتفادي الاصطدام ... حوّل
الجهة الأخرى : علم ... هنا السلطات الكندية، الطلب غير كاف. ننصح بتغيير الاتجاه بمقدار 180درجة... حوّل . القبطان: ماذا تعني ..! أنا أطلب منكم تغيير اتجاهكم بمقدار 15درجة فقط نحوالجنوب لتفادي الاصطدام ؟ أما عن سفينتنا فليس ذلك من شأنك ... ولكننا سنغير اتجاهنا بمقدار 15 درجة ولكن نحو الشمال . لتفادي الاصطدام أيضاً . حوّل
الجهة الأخرى: هذا غير كاف. ننصح بتغيير اتجاهكم بمقدار 180 أو على الأقل 130درجة . حوّل
القبطان: لماذا تجادل وتصر على إصدار الأوامر؟ دون أن تقوم أنت بتفادي التصادم بالمقدار ذاته؟ نحن سفينة حربية أمريكية ، فمن أنتم على أي حال؟
الجهة الأخرى: نحن حقل بترول عائم! ولا نستطع الحركة !!! احترس
لكن الوقت كان قد استنفد في هذا الحوار اللاسلكي غير المثمر، واصطدمت السفينة بالحقل البترولي
والدرسا لذي تتعلمه من هذه القصة هو ألا تفترض أن الجهة الأخرى لها مثل مواصفاتك . فليس الهدف الوحيد للاتصال أن تبعث برسالتك إلى الآخرين بل يجب أن يكون هدفك رباعي الأبعاد
أن تفهم الطرف الآخر
ثم أن تستقبل رسالته
ثم أن تجعل نفسك مفهوماً
وأخيراً أن تبعث برسالتك إليه
